The official "Opening Dinner" of RKRR 2011 will be Monday, June 13, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at Franklin Conference Center, 1 Scale Ave. Rutland, VT. (802) 773-0045  $19 per person. Must be prepaid before event. (See Welcome Packet for details)

Closing dinner will be Friday evening at at 6:30 p.m. at Franklin Conference Center, 1 Scale Ave. Rutland, VT. (802) 773-0045  $19 per person. Must be prepaid before event. (See Welcome Packet for details)

Official RKRR Checkout will be Saturday morning, June 18, 2011.

Alcohol Notice: Rutland is NOT in a dry county, so alcohol is fine, but with respect to other guests, please keep it covered in public areas.

Daily Schedules

Lunch stops will be at or near the halfway point on the ride. Some rides may officially end at lunch stops to allow for individuals who prefer a less  "structured" return ride, but all rides will have a return plan and ride captain for those who wish to remain in a group for the entire loop.

We expect to be back at home base by 6 p.m. each evening.
There are no scheduled or planned evening dinners other than opening and closing dinners.

If you plan to attend this event, and have made your reservations with the hotel, please email Moccasin Mike at the link below and provide your real name, your forum handle, where you're from and a phone number. If you have a passenger, let us know their name as well, and how many bikes are in your party. (Guests from a different household on their own bikes should sign up separately)
